Converting your Store: with Parkland or DIY
Parkland Led
With this option Parkland acts as your project management lead. We will pay the construction and rebranding costs, which you will repay through regular installments on a low-interest loan. This is ideal if you want to leverage our project management experience and reduce your initial capital spend.
Dealer Led
If you wish to lead the project yourself, you will manage the project and pay for the construction and rebranding costs. This direction is perfect if you have the capital and the experience to lead the design and construction yourself.
